A workshop designed to prepare job seekers for the upcoming 2019 Tuscarawas County Job Fair is being offered by OhioMeansJobs Tuscarawas County. The “Stand Out From The Crowd Job Fair” workshop is scheduled for Tuesday, April 30th from 11:30am to 12:30pm at 1260 Monroe Street in New Philadelphia.
Helpful tips to assist job seekers succeed at the job fair will be covered. Topics to be discussed include researching companies, revamping resumes, dressing for success, completing applications correctly and making a strong first impression. Job seekers are urged to register for the workshop by contacting OhioMeansJobs Tuscarawas County at 330-364-9777.
OhioMeansJobs Tuscarawas County is partnering with U.S. Congressman Bob Gibbs, WJER Radio, the Tuscarawas County Chamber of Commerce and Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland East Central Ohio, Inc. to host the job fair that is scheduled for Friday, May 10th, 11am-2pm at the Monroe Centre, 1260 Monroe Street in New Philadelphia. To date over 40 employers who are actively hiring will be participating in the event.
